Every audit at IHCL Ginger facilities was a unique and enriching experience. The engineering teams at each location were proactive and eager to understand the latest test practices, ready to initiate corrective measures based on our findings. Our specialty audits, compliant with the latest electrical standards, included expert scanning using thermography, Earthing effectiveness tests, Earth Fault Loop Impedance tests, and RCD tests. These comprehensive evaluations ensure a safe and reliable hospitality experience, aligning perfectly with IHCL's corporate vision.
Proactive Measures and Advanced Testing
One notable project was the pre-opening electrical inspection at Ginger Mumbai Airport, a facility launched by IHCL. Our team worked closely with Tata Projects, a premium project management company, to add value to this prestigious undertaking. An all-women team from Tata Projects successfully carried out the project, and in support, Sustenergy Foundation assigned our smartest women engineers to lead the inspection. This collaboration not only ensured safety but also underscored our shared commitment to empowering women in engineering.
Continuous Improvement Across IHCL Properties
Our partnership extended to other renowned IHCL properties as well. We conducted an electrical safety audit at Taj Malabar Kochi following their renovation, identifying areas for improvement in the electrical infrastructure. Similarly, Ginger Candolim in Goa, a newly launched property, was meticulously audited to assure safety in every corner.
